Having won a Best Picture Oscar for his last film, Moonlight director Barry Jenkins returns with his third feature If Beale Street Could Talk which is set to roll out this Fall across the film festival circuit.
An adaptation of James Baldwin’s novel, the story follows a newly engaged and heavily pregnant Harlem woman who races against time to free her falsely accused husband from prison before the birth of their child.
Kiki Layne, Stephan James, Teyonah Parris, Regina King, Colman Domingo plus Diego Luna, Pedro Pascal, Dave Franco, Brian Tyree Henry, Ed Skrein and Finn Wittrock co-star in the film which Jenkins also penned.
Annapurna Pictures is set to release it theatrically on November 30th.
