Behringer, the professional audio specialist will be rolling out a new consumer product line at the upcoming CES 2012 show. To draw attention to the launch, the company will be demonstrating the iNuke Boom, a 10,000-watt iPhone and iPod docking system. The larger than average iBoom weighs in 700 pounds and has a footprint that is eight feet wide and four feet high.
The Eurosound product line targets the consumer market with products rooted in Behringer’s professional audio engineering origins. There will be four branches under the Eurosound branding. The Home line is an effort to offer live concert sounds into a listener’s home. Live products will provide amplification. Portable products will deliver a mobile audio experience, and the Creation line targets musicians.
Behringer has not released any details on its Eurosound products, but the iNuke Boom is priced at $30,000.
