Today, PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition received a 110MB update on Xbox One. If you own the game on PlayStation 4 though, the developer said, “We’re still working on your update and hope to release it as soon as possible in 2016. Thanks for being patient.”
While full details on the update won’t arrive until next year, Overkill said the Xbox One patch today added $10,000,000 in-game cash, more matchmaking fixes, and the Unforsaken mask. This is the update they promised back in November, so expect the same changes on PS4 when it’s live.
The PayDay 2 Twitter account also answered some user questions recently, revealing that split-screen co-op isn’t in the plans, the Point Break DLC release date is to be announced, the next Content Update video will arrive in January, and more details will be provided on the heists being added with next year’s content update as we get closer to release.
