Verizon will work with Boingo Wireless,ta leading distributed antenna system (DAS), small cells and Wi-Fi provider, to expand its 5G network to places like airports, stadiums and arenas, office buildings, and hotels.
Boingo has been building dense indoor Wi-Fi networks for 15 years. Verizon’s mmWave 5G has short-range coverage similar to Wi-Fi.
