Sony on Friday announced a new version of its redesigned Bluetooth headset. While technically identical, the headset features an urban camouflage paintjob and is aimed at players of games such as the upcoming Killzone 3 and SOCOM 4: US Navy SEALs.
The headset sports noise-cancellation and Sony’s High Quality mode that’s said to refine the sound. There is an in-game status indicator, microphone mute button and a bundled charging cradle. The cradle can also act as a desktop microphone.
The camo headset ships to GameStop stores in the US at the same time as SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs on April 19 and will cost the same $50 as the regular, glossy black headset from Sony.
