FOX has debuted a new extended promo for the fourth season of Gotham which offers a new look at recurring villain The Scarecrow who terrorizes a town now under the criminal thumb of The Penguin who seems to have reached an understanding with the authorities.
At the same time, Bruce Wayne begins training to become a vigilante. There’s also glimpses of a frozen Riddler, a Lazarus pit soaked Ra’s al Ghul, a now high-class arms dealing Barbra and more.
Gotham returns to the network on September 21st.
