Lionsgate has released a new Midway trailer for director Roland Emmerich’s upcoming World War II action film starring Ed Skrein as Dick Best, Patrick Wilson as Edwin Layton and Mandy Moore as Ann Best.
Based on the true story of the Battle of Midway, a turning point in the Pacific theater of World War II, the film chronicles the heroic and harrowing exploits of the soldiers and aviators who achieved the unbelievable to turn the tide of the war.
Midway is from Stuard Ford’s AGC Studios and is written by Wes Tooke (Colony). The film is produced by Emmerich’s Centropolis Entertainment, Harald Kloser (Independence Day: Resurgence), and Mark Gordon (Molly’s Game).
Midway will come to theaters on November 8.
