At the premiere for The Expendables 2, Chuck Norris told Access Hollywood that he won’t be returning for The Expendables 3, which producer Avi Lerner is already planning.
Lerner recently said that they had approached Clint Eastwood, Harrison Ford and Nicolas Cage about playing characters in the third film and that they would also ask Wesley Snipes when he comes out of prison next July. They would be joining Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
But Norris said this is it for him. You can check out the interview segment below. The Expendables 2, which has earned about $60 million worldwide, is expected to come out on top a second straight weekend.
