Clockwork Empires is moving the hand on its buy in-alpha program to summer. Developer Gaslamp Games, the team behind Dungeons of Dredmor, originally planned for the game to accept settlers on Steam this spring, but the ambitious project needs a little more tinkering.
The PC, Mac and Linux steampunk Tropico meets Don’t Starve game finds colonists trying to survive in Lovecraftian frontiers populated by fish people and that most dangerous of predators… other men. The game will eventually support four players online, along with a turn-based successive multiplayer.
