Mitch Hurwitz (Arrested Development) will guest-star in a Season 5 installment of the quirky NBC Community comedy.
Described as both a ladies man and a guy’s guy, Hurwitz’s alter ego Preston Koogler is “Greendale Community College’s ultimate party animal” — and he butts heads with any authority figure who tries to stand between him and his good times.
For the uninitiated: Harmon made a brief cameo in Arrested Development‘s latest season on Netflix, playing a desert-dwelling yurt clerk.
Community‘s long-shelved fifth season bows Thursday, Jan. 2, with back-to-back episodes starting at 8/7c.
