Downwell will launch for PS Vita and PlayStation 4 as a cross-buy title for $4.99 in North America and Europe on May 24, creator Ojiro Fumoto recently announced.
The game sees players descend into a deep well filled with monsters and traps. You’re equipped with a pair of Gunboots, which let you shoot bullets from your feet to clear enemies or use as a way to slow your descent. You’ll find different guns, shops with helpful items, and upgrades like explosive balloons or silverware to eat your enemies with on the way down.
