Ericsson today announced that it has agreed to acquire Devoteam Telecom & Media of France.
Devoteam provides consulting and IT management services, which Ericsson will add to its own consulting organization. The acquisition includes about 400 employees, as well as Devoteam’s StartVision operations.
Ericsson expects the acquisition to close during the second quarter of the year, pending regulatory review.
