In January this year we saw during Nintendo’s Fire Emblem keynote that we had a few Fire Emblem games to look forward to this year. Given Fire Emblem: Heroes success on mobile, it’s time to look at Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, coming soon to 3DS.

In Fire Emblem Echoes, you’ll take control of the two separate armies of childhood friends, Alm and Celica, as they try to bring peace to the land of Valentia.
Aside from the standard edition, Echoes’ special edition comes with the game, an artbook, metal pin badges of Alm, Marth, and Celica, a reversible title sheet, the ‘Sounds of Echoes’ soundtrack selection CD, and the Alm and Celica amiibo figures.
The amiibo figures can be used to activate the characters’ own exclusive dungeon, allowing heroes to earn XP, grab loot, and level up their armies.
This action RPG originally released in Japan, but will be coming to Europe for the first time May 19th 2017, on 2DS and 3DS.
