Flipboard has released a new version of its iOS client, 2.1, timed to refresh the app for the launch of the iPad Air. Speed improvements have been made throughout, and the look and feel of the interface has been brought in line with iOS 7. Another significant change is the ability to scale text sizes.
Minor enhancements include bugfixes, the display of more section tiles on the first page for iPhone 5 and 5s users, and onscreen alerts whenever a feed has new items.
The Flipboard app runs on any device with iOS 5 or later.
