Food Network is ordering extra helpings of two program genres that have reliably filled its schedule for some time: road trips that explore how a certain kind of cuisine is served up around the nation, and a bevy of competition programs.
The Scripps Networks-owned outlet on Wednesday unveiled its next programming cycle at a morning presentation. Below, a select list of some of the new series expected to air in 2015 and 2016:
