After the Executive Decree is given exiling the dogs of Megasaki City to the vast garbage dump, Atari sets off alone in a miniature Junior-Turbo Prop and flies across the river in search of his bodyguard-dog, Spots. There, with the assistance of a pack of newly-found mongrel friends, he begins an epic journey that will decide the fate and future of the entire Prefecture.
Featuring an all-star cast of voices, such as Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Greta Gerwig (20th Century Women), Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), Scarlett Johansson (Avengers: Infinity War), Edward Norton (Collateral Beauty), Bill Murray (Extra Innings), and Tilda Swinton (Okja) and more.
