It now looks like Brian Michael Bendis’ Powers, atfer looking stalled, is back on track to getting a broadcast.
On a new episode of ‘Nerdist Writer’s Panel,’ Charles ‘Chic’ Eglee, the producer and head writer of the show, offered up this tidbit.
Unfortunately, the announcement of ‘Thief of Thieves’ this last week was interpreted by a lot of people that that somehow put ‘Powers’ in limbo, and that’s not the case at all. We’re actively moving forward with Powers.
Brian Michael Bendis had this to say on his Tumblr, “Based on the pilot the network ordered a handful of new scripts for new episodes and the writers should be handing them in soon. its slow and steady but we are still alive.”
