A new Game of Thrones season 7 poster was just revealed by HBO, and it teases what’s coming when the show finally returns to the cable network this summer. The poster (via EW), which you see below, shows a a sheet of ice with fire beginning to make it crack. It’s been released in Austin, TX in honor of the SXSW festival.
Showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss will be participating in a panel with Williams and Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, at SXSW,
Though we don’t know exactly what’s coming (except Winter, of course), Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, tweeted this late last year: “Just finished reading season 7, s**t gets REAL. I’d start preparing yourselves now… scratch that, nothing will prepare you for this… Holy BALLS.”
We still don’t know the exact premiere date for Game of Thrones season 7. It look to be this summer, but that is still not firm.
