Google has updated to the Google+ application for the Android platform that makes several improvements to the Hangouts feature.
Teens can now create and join Hangouts from their mobile devices, all users can join Hangouts on Air from their move device, and the refreshed app also adds a shortcut for creating posts. The update is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
