Google added several new functions to its Maps for iOS application through a recent update.
The upgraded version of Maps offers redesigned and improved transit directions meant to aid the experience in cities. It includes more route choices and more accurate real-time arrival information.
The app now shares better, too, thanks to integration with Facebook and Facebook Messenger. Last, Maps for iOS adds an image gallery for a quick visual understanding of new places.
Google Maps for iOS is free to download from the iTunes App Store.
