Google’s Wallet app, available for iOS and Android devices, has received an update today.
The new inclusion of its Orders feature allows users to track active online orders, as well as access past transaction history information in one centralized location. Once Orders is activated within Google Wallet, users can view any receipts sent to their Gmail account within the app. US package carriers can now send notifications of order status updates through Wallet, so a purchased item’s location is easily determined.
Additionally, merchant contact information is synced so that calling or e-mailing regarding an order can be done within Wallet.
The latest update can be downloaded for Android and iOS from Google Play and iTunes respectively, free of charge.
