Chris Pratt’s Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord, is back today as Marvel Studios has offered up an additional pair of images from James Gunn’s upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy.
The penultimate entry in “Phase Two” of Marvel Studios’ ongoing cinematic universe, Guardians of the Galaxy is written and directed by James Gunn and features an ensemble cast that also includes Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Lee Pace, Djimon Hounsou, Karen Gillan, Benicio del Toro, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close, Gregg Henry, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker and Vin Diesel.
The adventures of an unlikely cast of characters who must team up in order to defeat a cosmic force of epic proportions, Guardians of the Galaxy hits the big screen August 1.
