Sharp Objects limited series is coming HBO in July. We now just got word the HBO is having advance screenings in Seattle and Chicago.
The Seattle event on June 19th will feature an advance screening of the series premiere and Q&A with series co-star Chris Messina. On Friday the 13th of July, Gillian Flynn, author, writer and executive producer will join Chicagoans for a sneak peek of episode two followed by a panel discussion moderated by Filmspotting.
Following the screenings and discussions in both cities, guests will experience the mystique and allure of Sharp Objects as they step inside an interactive reproduction of the Crellin House, memorable to readers of the bestselling novel by Flynn.
The Crellin House activation will also be open to the public in Seattle at the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP)’s Sky Church on Monday, June 18 and Tuesday, June 19 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. You will need to buy a general admission ticket at MoPOP.
The Chicago discussion moderated by FilmSpotting SPOTTING will be recorded for later listening on their podcast.

The eight-episode limited drama series Sharp Objects will debut Sunday, July 8 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO.
