Instagram today made available new versions of its Android and iOS mobile apps.
The improved Instagram gives budding photographers much more control over each image with the addition of new filters and the ability to adjust the strength of each filter. The app further tempts creativity with tools for adjusting brightness, contrast, highlights, saturation, shadows, sharpness, vignettes, and warmth. Instagram also lets users compare the before/after versions of each photo before publishing.
The new version of Instagram for Android and iOS is free to download from the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store, respectively. Instagram made no mention of updating its Windows Phone app
