The PlayStation 3 had a few remarkable titles exclusive to the system, but none of them was more unique than Journey from development team Thatgamecompany. Players controlled a hooded figure as they battled the elements and dangerous beasts to reach a mountain. The art style coupled with music from Austin Wintory created an experience that didn’t require any spoken word or heads-up display.

Now, one of the premiere games from the last generation finally made its way to the PlayStation 4.

Unlike the original game, development team Tricky Pixels took charge of creating the updated version. Just like a few other titles available on the PS4, Journey will also be a cross-buy item, so if you initially bought it on the PS3, you can download the PS4 version for free. Sony is also selling a dynamic theme based on the game for your PS4’s home page.

For the icing on the cake, the PlayStation Gear store is now taking pre-orders for a statue based on the game. It is a limited edition, with only 1,000 statues made, and it measures 11 x 8 x 10 inches (HxWxD). For now, the estimated shipping date is July 31, and you can have it for a pricey $150.

At the time of its original release, Journey was a small title amidst a sea of massive, well-known games. However, the rise of indie games at the time helped propel it to new heights, and it received praise from many critics. For those who played it the first time around, the PS4 version is a way to relive old memories, but for those who have yet to experience Journey, it’s a gateway to an unforgettable ride of emotions.
