DC Comics and Sears are teaming up for a second Free Comic Book Day in 2013. June 12, 2013, two days before the release of the new Superman movie Man of Steel, is being declared “Man of Steel Day” by the publisher.
Fans who go to a local comic shop will receive a free copy of All-Star Superman #1 Special Edition, reprinting the first chapter of Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely’s seminal Superman tale. Shops will also have posters and Man of Steel-branded bags to promote the movie.
