Google has updated Chrome for Android devices and made it easier to download, find, and read offline content.
You can now long press any link or article suggestion to download the article to a new tab for offline access. Plus there are now “download page later” tools allows userse to target web sites for download even while offline. As soon as the device reconnects to the network, these pages will automatically download to the browser for later access.
Rounding out the new features is a new tag reveals which articles and content has been saved to the device vs. what is live on the network.
The new version of Chrome for Android is free to download from the Google Play Store
