LeBron James and Channing Tatum are set to team up for the subversive action comedy Public Enemy which has just been acquired by New Line Cinema.
Lucas Carter penned the film which is said to look at the speed of media in our current landscape. James and Maverick Carter will produce for Tatum’s Free Association and their own SpringHill Entertainment.
This follows on the heels of James producing a House Party reboot also for New Line which has Atlanta writers Stephen Glover and Jamal Olori penning the screenplay.
