Mad Catz Interactive has announced that it has executed an agreement with Capcom Entertainment to produce branded videogame controllers and accessories based on its upcoming Street Fighter X Tekken videogame. The multi-year agreement covers North America and the European territories.
“Street Figher X Tekken is one of the most anticipated fighting game titles of all time and we are excited to bring our award winning range of FightSticks and controllers to this premium brand.” said Darren Richardson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. “Our range of fighting game controllers continues to be received with enthusiasm amongst passionate gamers and we are convinced that the forthcoming Street Fighter X Tekken videogame will see sustained demand for our flagship range.”

The company also announced a number of products that will be on display at the weekend’s PAX gaming conference. Alongside the new FightStick Pro, Mad Catz will also be unveiling limited edition Tritton Halo Headset Skinz. Three limited edition Halo Headset Skinz designs will be made available beginning at PAX, each depicting classic moments from the Halo series.
Visitors to the show will also have the opportunity to get a hands-on play of Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge for the Xbox 360 making it’s North American debut at PAX.
