Mass Effect 3 is placing a much stronger emphasis on combat which the lastest video from Bioware gives us a feel for.
The combat breakdown begins at about the 1:38 mark. Each class in the game will have a unique set of powers, abilities and weaponry to gain the upper hand.
The engineer, for example, deploys sentry turrets to flank opponents, hacks enemy turrets and unleashes a nasty, fire-based melee attack. All classes will have their own special melee strike.
The game launches March 6 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and introduces multiplayer to the series in the form of cooperative missions. A demo is slated to debut in January.
