ABC Family has issued a press release regarding the renewal news that we reported earlier. In short, the cable channel has renewed Melissa & Joey for a third season and has given second season renewals to both Baby Daddy and Switched at Birth. They’ve also ordered additional installments of Bunheads.
What the press release doesn’t mention is the fact that they’ve decided to cancel Jane By Design so there won’t be a second season.
