Mighty No. 9’s Kickstarter, specifically its incredible momentum, shows zero signs of slowing down. Case in point: the $2,200,000 mark has been reached, which means yet another stretch goal has been met. Which means Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U versions are definitely on the way.
Mighty No. 9’s hardest of the hardcore supporters could not be any happier, they feel the game deserves to be on a console. Especially considering its ties to creator Keiji Inafune’s most famous creation, Mega Man, which No. 9 owes a lot to, and which was born on a video game system.
As for PS4 and Xbox One versions, which is the final stretch goal outlined, there’s exactly two weeks left till the $3,300,000 can be reached. Given that the $2.2 million milestone was met during the middle of the Kickstarter, which is when such things generally slow down (before activity picks up, near the very end), the chances are looking good.
