The latest update to Netflix now adds support for the iOS Picture in Picture multitasking feature for the iPad.
Accompanied by other stability improvements and bug fixes, the streaming video app will now show the currently-playing movie or TV show as a thumbnail on the iPad Air, iPad Mini 2, iPad Pro, and later models running iOS 9.3.2 or later.
