The latest installment in Marvel’s on-going Netflix original series slate is set to arrive this fall. The first season of Jessica Jones will stream in its entirety on November 20th.
The new series stars Krysten Ritter (Big Eyes, Veronica Mars) in the lead role with Doctor Who’s David Tennant as the villain Kilgrave and Mike Colter (The Good Wife) as Luke Cage. If you’ll recall, Cage is set to get his own series in 2016. Need a refresher? The plot centers around Jones as a New York City detective and former super hero who finds herself on cases involving people with “extraordinary abilities.” Netflix posted a teaser trailer along with the release date.
