Microsoft just ended its Windows 10 press conference, where it discussed new features coming to its new operating system across phones, tablets, PCs and even the Xbox One. That includes a new notification center, the Spartan web browser, Cortana on the desktop and much more.
Microsoft admitted that some of these features won’t be available for developers for somemonths, but did note that the new Windows 10 Preview will be available to Insiders starting next week.
Then, sometime in February, Microsoft will release the first build of Windows 10 for phones. That will still just be a preview release, which means it won’t offer every new feature and will probably still have bugs, but it’s a step in the right direction of the final release.
