The image you see above was posted by a blogger named Hugo Miramontes on his Blogspot site, but was later taken down along with the post. Apparently, this snap was of a graphic prepared for the official announcement of the PS Vita AKA NGP at E3.
One strong clue to prove that this rumour may indeed be true comes from the fact that Sony Computer Entertainment developer network website has added the word Vita to its list of sub-domains. These have previously included the words PS3, PSP and NGP. You can click on http://vita.scedev.net/ and you will be lead to Sony’s Developer Network website.
