After extensive Nintendo Network maintenance over the past few weeks, another minor Nintendo 3DS system update has become available worldwide.
This upgrades the handheld innards to firmware version 10.6.0-31, with Nintendo’s now notorious update notes repeating their timeless references to improvements to “overall system stability” and adjustments that will “enhance the user experience.”
As always, this update is mandatory in order to access online services across New Nintendo 3DS, New Nintendo 3DS XL, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL and Nintendo 2DS systems. Whether that be brawling with friends in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS or accessing the Nintendo eShop, make sure that you update beforehand!
