Nokia today said that it will update all Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices to Windows Phone 8.1 “this summer.” That includes entry-level devices such as the Lumia 520 – which is the best-selling Windows Phone device in the market.
The update will be supplied as an over-the-air download.
