Console Streaming is the second piece of Microsoft’s Project xCloud game streaming service, the first is your Xbox One. Your Xbox One is the game server.
The third for now is an Android device running Android 6.0 or higher, a Bluetooth-enabled Xbox Wireless Controller. Microsoft alsop suggests using a mount to hold your phone on your controller. You can then download the Xbox Game Streaming (Preview) app from the Google Play Store, and that will guide you through the setup.
For now , sadly you can’t play any Xbox or Xbox 360 games with it.
