CBS has released the first batch of promo photos from the Supergirl Midseason finale and they feature the return of Kara’s evil Aunt Astra. Check them out below!
Titled “Hostile Takeover,” Supergirl Episode 8 is officially described as follows:
“Kara goes toe-to-toe with Astra when her aunt challenges Kara’s beliefs about her mother. Also, Cat is threatened with being removed as the CEO of CatCo after a hacker exposes her private and damaging emails.”
Melissa Benoist leads the cast of Supergirl season one as the title character with a cast that also includes Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Laura Benanti as Alura Zor-El, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, Chyler Leigh as Alexandra “Alex” Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow “Winn” Schott, Jenna Dewan Tatum as Lucy Lane (sister of Lois), David Harewood as Hank Henshaw, Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, with Dean Cain and Helen Slater.
