The release date for Armature and Comcept’s action-adventure Microsoft title, ReCore, has been delayed to later in the year, after a previous goal of Spring 2016 had been deemed too soon for a launch date. ReCore comes from the studios mentioned above, which are connected to Metroid Prime and Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune – so it’s clear that this is one of the most anticipated video games for Xbox One and PC in 2016. The news of the PC release for the game came earlier this month, when Microsoft shared some end of the year updates on Xbox Wire.
According to Engadget (via IGN), a Microsoft representative explained the delay, stating: “We have not yet set a launch date for ReCore however the game will be ready in the latter half of 2016. We’ll have more to share soon on ReCore, please stay tuned.”
