“The Crazy Ones” star Robin Williams is in talks to reteam with director Shawn Levy and Ben Stiller for Night at the Museum 3, says The Hollywood Reporter. The third film in the franchise will start shooting in February for a December 25, 2014 release.
Williams played Teddy Roosevelt in both Night at the Museum and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. The first film earned $574.5 million worldwide and the second one took in $413.1 million.
The third installment, written by Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon, is expected to be set in London.
It is not known if stars from the previous films, such as Amy Adams, Owen Wilson, Hank Azaria and Christopher Guest, will return as well.
