Sarah Jeffery (Shades of Blue) has been cast as one of three sisters at the center of the Charmed reboot at The CW and CBS TV Studios.
The story follows three sisters in a college town who discover they are witches and set out to vanquish supernatural demons and tear down the patriarchy and maintain familial bonds.
Jeffery will play the bubbly youngest sister, Madison, a college freshman who finds witchcraft at odds with her goal of getting into a super-fun sorority.
Melonie Diaz was recently cast as one of the other sisters, while Ser’Darius Blain plays the boyfriend of the third sister.
Jane the Virgin creator-showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman is spearheading the new take which will be penned by Jessica O’Toole and Amy Rardin. All three will executive produce alongside Ben Silverman and Brad Silberling, with Silberling set to direct.
