The first full look at The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug‘s titular dragon is here! The greedy, strong and wicked worm is featured on the side of an Air New Zealand Boeing 777-300ER, currently en route from Auckland to Los Angeles. The airline has just released a time-lapse video of the plane being prepped, which reveals the design for Smaug.
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug opens in 3D, 2D and IMAX theaters on December 13.
