The true ensemble punk rock nightclub tale stars Alan Rickman, Rupert Grint, Malin Akerman, Ashley Greene, Kerry Bische, Evan Alex Cole, Johnny Galecki, Taylor Hawkins, Stana Katic, Joel David Moore, Steven Schub, Mickey Sumner, Peter Vack, Justin Bartha, Freddie Rodriguez and Ryan Hurst and features a script by Miller and Jody Savin.
Rickman plays Hilly Kristal who, for more than three decades, owned and operated the famous New York nightclub until a rent dispute forced the establishment to close in 2006. The real-life Kristal died the following year.
