Sharp is going to be joining TCL and Hisense in offering smart televisions running Roku OS.
Two televisions are being produced for Best Buy, with both the 43-inch and 50-inch LED Sharp Roku TV sets offering a 1080p resolution with a 60hz refresh rate, while the onboard software will allow users to search TV listings as well as use the 2,000 streaming channels in the Roku Channel Store, and use an iOS, Android, or Windows Phone device as a second remote control.
The 50-inch television will cost $500 while the 43-inch version will cost $380, and will be shipping soon.
