EW has just confirmed that Sherlock will take the stage at this month’s Comic-Con International San Diego.
Although stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are not slated to appear, Moffat will be on stage along with his co-creator, executive producer and writer Mark Gatiss and producer Sue Vertue.
The series, which launched in 2010, is a modern day retelling of the adventures of Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic detective with Cumberbatch playing the titular Holmes and Freeman his sidekick, Dr. John Watson. The series airs on BBC One in the UK and on PBS in the United States.
