SMS Audio, a headphones and accessories outfit owned by rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, has launched an updated version of one of its its designer headphones. The Sync by 50 on-ear wireless headphones are now equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 and support for aptX, allowing for improved audio playback when compared to earlier versions of the audio gear.
Featuring a foldable design, the Sync by 50 use 40mm custom drivers with memory foam Ovalfit cushions surrounding the ears and onboard play/pause, volume, and next track controls. Able to last for up to 12 hours on a single charge, the headphones are supplied with a microUSB charging cable, a removable cable with three-click microphone, a hard shell carrying case and a cleaning cloth.
Available in shadow black or cool silver, the new Sync by 50 will cost $230 per pair, and will be available through the company website.
