For fans of Sonic in Canada, the release of the Sonic Lost World Deadly Six Edition has been something of a frustrating experience. According a few reports on the web when you try to redeem DLC code those extra levels, the eShop says the code was unrecognized. It looks appears the whole nation of Canada is affected.
Sonic Stadium reports that the issue has affected Canadians because American DLC codes were sold in the region instead of the appropriate regional codes. Sega is aware of the issue however, as Sega representative RubyEclipse left the following message:
Hi guys,
