The iOS version of Stitcher Radio got an update today. Version 5.0.0 brings a new Offline Mode, allowing users to download content for listening when not connected to a network. The new mode includes a storage indicator, and users can delete saved shows with a single tap. The update also includes the option to view comments from other users, improved search functionality, improved AirPlay and connected device integration, easier sharing to Facebook, and several usability improvements and crash fixes.
Stitcher’s in-app programming includes NPR’s Fresh Air, CNN News, Chelsea Lately, Marc Maron, Fox Sports, and its new Election Center station.
The newest version of Stitcher Radio is available as a free download in the iTunes App Store.
